We stand by our products 100%. If for any reason, you are not satisfied, please contact us via email and we will exchange the item(s) and/or come up with a solution to serve you the best way possible. 

Due to the nature of the products, we are not able to accept returned products. If there is an issue with your order or you are not satisfied, we will happily work with you to find the best resolution!

All items are final sale unless an error occurred on the behalf of Aesthetix By Sarah. Please allow up to 2-3 business days for this process. 

Sales and coupons are valid for the specific time period or promotion, they will not be combined and cannot be used on a later/different date.
