Shipping
We ship between Monday through Thursday unless there are store closings, stratospheric events that occur, or during holidays (customers will be advised if such events occur). The only time we ship on the other days is for expedited shipping. Due to the items being handmade most times without preservatives, we only ship between Monday - Thursday to retain freshness. We do not like packages to sit as our items are made with all natural oils and butters. Sitting for long periods in different temperatures can sometimes alter the structure of the product. This is rare due to the way we ship, but in instances that your item(s) do melt - place item(s) in a refrigerated place and check for consistency every 2 minutes (do this until the item is in the desired consistency). If this does not work, please reach out to us.
Processing: 2-3 Business Days. Once the items ships, item(s) typically arrive within 3-4 Business Days. Please understand that during holidays and other peak times (sales,etc.), processing could be delayed. Please contact us if you need your item(s) expedited.
Realistically, once you place your order you should receive it in 5 days unless there’s a large back order for item(s).
Shipping: Orders are shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS). When shipped, you will receive an email containing your order tracking information (always check your spam folder).
International Shipping: All internal customs, taxes, and other fees are the responsibility of the customer. The cost will vary by value and country, so please be aware of what to expect before purchasing.
Anywhere else in the world, shipping is $12.50. We are not responsible for duties, conversation rates, or taxes.
If your order is returned to us due to incorrect address or error on your part, there is a re-shipping charge that must be paid prior to the item(s) being mailed out again.
All of our products are made to order to retain freshness. Please keep in mind, we are a small business and items are made consciously with love.
